Return policy (except earrings)

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your products. Please note that we are not able to offer free returns or exchanges. You are free to choose which shipment method to use when returning products to us, but the cost is born by you and it is your responsibility to ensure that the products reach us safely.

All items must be returned in their original condition and package, from the country that the order was delivered to, along with the receipt or invoice of purchase

Return of earrings

For hygienic reasons, we do NOT accept return of earrings.

Exchange policy

If you wish to exchange your products, you will have to return the products and place a new order.

Packages lost after delivery

AMORPHO is not responsible for the loss of any packages arising from miscommunication between the recipient and the courier company or due to wrong shipping address details given by the recipient.

Packages lost in the return shipping

We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping – therefore we recommend that you send the jewellery with tracking number.

Faulty items (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault)

In the rare occurrence that a product is damaged during transit we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact our Customer Service.

For orders up to €80.00 the shipping cost is €4.

Free Shipping on Orders above €80.00.

Rest of Europe

via Hellenic Post:

For orders up to €150.00 the shipping cost is €14.00.
